1:1 Mentoring Based Visual Arts Education: Connected by Art 2026
Children and Youth with Disabilities Step Forward as 'Creators' |
Since June, the PRCF and the Gangneung Culture & Art Foundation have been running the Connected by Art 2026, welcoming children and youth with disabilities as 'emerging artists'. Working one-on-one with artist mentors, the participants are discovering their own creative voice at their own pace. Their special creative journey will continue with a field trip to Museum SAN and a workshop for parents in September, followed by a final exhibition in December. We invite you to follow and support their journey with warm interest. |

Partnering for the 28th Jeongdongjin Independent Film Festival
Coloring the summer nights of Jeongdongjin. |
The PRCF supported the local independent film journey as an official partner of the 28th Jeongdongjin Independent Film Festival. This partnership was particularly meaningful because the main screening venue, Sinyeong Theater, is a cherished collaborative partner that hosted works for GIAF23 and GIAF25, and will join us again for the upcoming GIAF27. We will continue to build bridges between the local community and the arts alongside diverse cultural partners in Gangneung. |
